I have a lacrosse 2500 console system. Still teething problems whilst I attempt to master the correct “set up”!
However I am getting max high temps at pre dawn time and max low temps at pre dusk! e.g/ todays reading max temp 18 @ 0420 hrs min temp 5.7 @ 1530 hrs.
Any suggestions?
hi
the time is that at which it occured ocoording to the time on the PC…
is the pc time correct?
that is for live data
but, if you are downloading data after wd starts up, like for a extended time, then becuase that station does not have time in the data, wd has to start back at when it was last running, and then move the time forward from there…so, now, also check that you have a ws2500 console as the weather station type, selected…
Thanks for prompt response as to be expected!. I state I have a le crosse 2500 station though the box says it is a Technoline touch screen radio weather station 2500. I do enter le crosse 2500 in station “type” though this has an habit of moving to another name at certain times!
The console, computer and wd all show correct times I normally start to download via data logger at 0700 hrs and often throughout the day until circa 20000hrs .
Today the readings are the same as yesterday i.e min/max temps though they are certainly not, however the outside current temp etc always mirror that on my console after downloading. As a matter of interest the max gust, min temp, max temp and current temp are in red whilst all other readings in blue.
Status report all okay though from time to time log error file states error’ is not a valid integer at time…
Since purchasing i have downloaded latest WD versions now using 1017 z
Finally when start to download watchdog version !:! cuts in many times so that is why I go straight to data logger, then sign out. Hope you can sort that lot out!
Thanks
Nigel
so, after the data extraction overnight, it must be that the daily hi/lo reset is not taking place
(it would otherwise say that under view, program error log)
i.e manualy reseting the daily hi/lo, via action, reset daily extremes (reset all) at program start up,would set you straight
