Mesomap setup etc - how to?

Hi there

Is there a step-by-step “how to” for the mesomap feature? I’ve looked in the wiki etc but theres just a message about it being graphical information.

Cheers

Bob

Follow the links to Weathermap Live for info from the Download page and look in the left hand column menu for Weather map Live…

http://www.weather-display.com/wmlive.php for instructions and guidelines and then click on Buy Now link on the bottom which will get you to sign up but you must have your accurate Lat and Long location in decimal I think ready and location (URL) of your clientraw.txt.

You can arrange your own maps knowing the image size that is required, like 550 pixels or something, and get some accurate edged maps from whatever source, I used MapCreator 2.0- a free version. I think your created maps are held on there as well.

You can see my maps here:

http://www.inmanavenue.com/wml/

Move over a station and you get the extra menu and more maps. I have also used Google maps as well on one.

All those who participate have the data clientraw.txt picked up by the UK server, it also is the holder of the map formats you use - ie edges in Lat and Long (6 of mine), and holds all details of Lat and Long of stations registered (for free for data availability).

I hope this helps a little…

Graeme

Bob,

Are you referring to WML? If so this may help:

Or are you referring to the WD built in mesomap function?
