I’m having quite a number of problems with the mesomap. Airport metars come up with crazy numbers (8540 degrees, 350 barometer, etc.) Wunderground works mostly until about the 10th listing, then all of them report 32 degrees across the board.
Also, all I get is white squares on the meso map (on the location page), even after update manually or by time listing.
Where do I configure the uploading of the map? I played with the VIEW menu (…meso), but everything is generally empty there.
Under VIEW “Custom scree…meso” by right click, I was able to actually setup station locations, add and subtract stations, etc. (But couldn’t do that effort under SETUP menu)
Suggestions:
Can we plot more than 10 stations? The list of stations can go up as high as one wants, but they don’t plot after 10.
Can we choose to limit the plot to something like simply temperature? Change font size of plot.

UPDATE: Well, I looked at past threads on this topic. I’ve deleted the registry entris (all of the custom screen ones) a number of times and still get corrupt readings. Some non-Wunderground reports have “wunderg” in the middle of the report. Even restarting program doesn’t help.
in 9.96, under setup, mesomap setup, you can see the url/station name for each listing
and the number in the sequence
and you can adjust the url too

First 2 entries are NOAA airports (KLYH.TXT and KROA.TXT), 3rd entry is wd, 4th entry is wunderground (which seems to be handled the best).

9.96 i stuffed up adding stations (it prodcues an error)
fixing now
ok, that error didnt matter too much
clicking on OK, then going back to the meso map setup that urls were there OK
( i need to fix a little, like there is no rain in the metar)
now, i tested a update, and it worked OK (for metric)

and
KROA.TXT
as the metars to use (and thats all that is required, no other part of the url)
and dont forget to also enter a name as prompted
