Unless I’m missing something the data seems to be available and at around the usual time. Is anyone else (not) seeing missing 12z GFS data for today?

I agree all seemed available to me too.
All I can think of is that my cron script could not find the file at 19:06 UTC , which is weird as that was around 2 hrs after it was available.
My script checks if the server is available also and if so alerts me to that, but that never flagged.
I’ll have a look later today when I get home.
We can just close this off for now, sorry about that.
