I’m feeling well enough to be back on the laptop now 
This looks to have been a one-off because subsequent runs are back on time, so I’m just going to put this down to adverse conditions at the time…perhaps network problems? I do have debug settings I can enable to look at problems like these, but I don’t turn them on for normal running because they would generate tens of megabytes of log files per run and writing all the log entries would also have a performance hit on the scripts (lots of extra disk access).
