It didn’t run - wasn’t able to connect to the database for some reason. I don’t understand that though…the monitoring didn’t show any downtime (lowest uptime on any database server is 2.5 days) and the graphs don’t show anything happening at the time the failures were reported.
The data is currently being processed, so it should be ready in about 20 minutes.
There seems to be something more serious wrong. The database is fine but the ECMWF data won’t download and process for some reason.
I’m getting timeouts whilst trying to download the data so I’m not sure if it’s a network issue (everything else seems to be working OK) or a problem with the remote data store (I’ve been able to access the data store manually).
I suspect that my repeated attempts to download the data might have triggered a rate limiter on the ECMWF site which will need to expire before I can get data again. That’s one of the perils of using free data…if you don’t pay anything then you’re at the bottom of the priority list!
My wxsimate run at 17:04 finished at 17:15 so slow wmatelog gave
I got an error when trying to upload the photo of the log and now 3 reload
Just got a 502 on cloudfare trying to access dashboard
And a 502 trying to post this
I cannot get GFS or ECM data.
In fact, it has taken 45 minutes to be able to get here to make this post
Ran my test wxsimate with bohler gfs and got that quick but the ECMWF gave an error in log and the files for ECMWF were not updated
This sound a bit like what happened when one of the server did not talk to the others
Problem resolved. Current ECMWF data is now available.
