Main display problem

OK, everything is running fine, (for now) no problems with the program, but I noticed a small problem with the main display, If you look at the photo below the text in the displays "current conditions, extreme conditions and rain fall have the ends of the titles cut off.

How to fix this???

If you go to: Setup > Advanced/Misc Settings > Main Window Customise > Put a tick in the “Enable Move/Resize of Objects”.

Now put the cursor over one of the headings, lets say “Maximum Gust Last Hour”, and press the Ctrl button. Your cursor will change to a cross of arrows and if you move the mouse to the right, it will expand the text area for that heading and reveal the missing letters.

If want to move any of the text then mouse over it and click Shift then move your mouse to the new location.

When you’ve finished the alterations, go back to the Main Screen Customise window and make sure to click on the “Save Changes” button. Otherwise the main screen will revert back when you restart WD next.

Or just right-click on either of the wind graphs and select “Save changes to customisation of main screen” from the drop-down menu.

WD, out of the box, does not produce these results. I would first try to reset the screen display to default (see under the setup dropdown menu).

The other possibility is your monitor screen dpi settings have been altered and affect how WD is rendering the console display. Try the reset first and if that doesn’t fix it we can offer other possible solutions.

I just installed WD 10.37S build 143 on Windows 11. After adding a leaf wetness custom tag to the current conditions area, I had the too wide wind direction graph problem. After adjusting that per the instructions elsewhere here, many of the strings on the left side were truncated and I had to manually adjust their width to make their entire contents visible.

Thanks guys, I will do this as soon as I can get to the site, having problems with the big fires near my location, (Oak fire near Yosemite) so some access roads are closed.
