That sounds like it might be a hardware fault on the outdoor station.
What is de solution to resolve this problem ?
You would need to contact the supplier you bought the station from to ask their advice. If it’s faulty then they will presumably replace it for you.

Did you reset the Wittboy using the push button on the device itself? There is a small opening for a pin to do a reset of the device (check your manual). Removing the battery will not do a reset as it has a super capacitor which normally powers the device so with no batteries it will run for some time thus it is essential to do the reset if it fails like this. If it still fails then you need to contact your supplier or Ecowitt directly.
