WD stopped reporting approx 23:58 then grabbed 1 minute of data at 1:59, 4:00, 6:01, 8:02 - see screen shot
I also captured the log file entries to show this - see screen shot
This time I remembered to look in program event log and debug; errors found - see screen shot

WD does try to get the health readings (i.e ISS reception rate) every minute
if there was a problem with your internet connection or a problem with the davis servers then that would cause this error
i.e see if the problem re occurs
but what I will do is reduce the time out…that should help
