don’t know if anyone even did know I had a wind storm here late Tuesday early wednesday morning. Had wind over 60 mph (lot for this area) When it hit I lost power about 11:47PM Tuesday the power was restored Wednesday about 1PM and my cable was restored about 6PM wednesday night. I might try to get some pictures of the down trees around here. Sure is a lot of them.

My power just came back on after going off about 8:30 Wednesday night.

Hope that was the only difficulty you experienced.

(We went 24 once w/o power, thought the web withdrawal would kill me… Oyyyyy)

We went for almost four days a couple of years ago, after an F4 plowed through town. After about 12 hrs, and not seeing an end in sight, I purchased my first ever generator. Hooked that bad boy up, and I could see the cable modem showed life. Woo hoo, Internet worked. Nothing else did, Cable TV, phones etc. but by-doggies we had Internet! :smiley:

Oh yeah I finally found time to hookup generator to keep the fridges going too :wink:

I guess it wouldn’t bother me so much. WD and my VP Pro will catch up with the data logger.

The biggest pain is that we have a well. So no water while the power is off. :?
