HTTP Download

it saves the last 5 Pictures, as i see in my download folder, but the funny part is that the numbers are behind the extension name.
so the name is cyclone-forecast.jpg1 and not it shut be cyclone-forecast1.jpg , why all are like this. only one picture is good, cyclone-forecast.jpg no number on it.
any idea?

I’ve never used HTTP download, but looking at the config screen I can’t see anywhere to ask it to download/keep multiple copies of the file. Is that a default feature or am I looking in the wrong place?

yes, it does not have the option there and on the spot i can’t find it.
but my memory tells me that it must have something to do with the animated pictures, as this keeps 5 pictures for animation.
but sorry i just can’t find this settings in webcam setup :frowning: or it was somewhere else …
best regards

hi
yes, they are for generating a animation of say a downloaded satimage, and those are the sequence stamped files to use
so under view, downloaded images, choose the file name with no number on the end
then you should be able to click on animate, and then set wd to remember this, and do it auto next time you go there
