Downloaded and installed WD 9.97d, and, if I wait for more than 5 minutes, WD works as advertised in that it downloads all of the data and fills in the blanks. The only problem is that it takes WD approx. 10 minutes to download the data and, when it stops, it stops at the time that WD was started, not at the PC’s current time. This results in a data gap equivilant to the amount of time that it took WD to download all of the data - in my case, 10 minutes.
If I restart WD after it’s been shut down for less than 5 minutes, WD does not download any of the data lost during the shutdown, and starts collecting from the time it was restarted.

The reason it failed is that the number sequence changed, there was a 8 there instead of a 9
but that real long list of numbers looks real promising!
I think i know whats happening:
The sequence that I use to sync the data is OK until you have a certain extra sensor in use: i.e you have lots of extra sensors in use, like leaf wetness, etc.
So, we will try again , and i think we will get it!

A: I must untick revB
B: Wait 10 minutes with WD Off
C: Restart WD
D: Tick RevB
E: Exit WD and restart it after 10 min
F: When WD stard retreive data from datalogger
Now, if i close WD and the restart it after 10 minutes the datalogger retreive doesn’t work.I need to repeat the sequence from A to F to retreive the data.

I did find that the web cam was set to run with nothing attached. So far it looks great. I did update to 1 min. interval and things look like their back and functioning. I am going to watch this a bit longer. but looks fine.
i just had to modify how i synced the data
the data flags I was using,were being changed by one of your extra sensors you have, like leaf wetness or soil temperature…
i.e it would have stopped working for you when you added a extra sensor to you setup
i am real happy we finally figured it out
After all this good work I bit the bullet and updated my system that has extra sensors to 9.97d and I think it’s extracting OK looking at the vpdatafile.
