Has anyone had to change the batteries in the PC data logger/interface? If so, how dod you get it to read the sensors again? I have tried everything I can think of… HELP! Thanks in advance!

the trick is not use any software for at least 15 minutes after replacing/inserting the batteries
Exactly right, sometimes it will also take several hours for it to pickup signal again after a battery change. I think it might mention this in owner’s manual, not sure
Take the logger outside closer to the rain and wind units for 15 minutes or so.
Then buy a repeater - it’s makes a heap of difference. Even LaCrosse admits that the Data Logger has a next to useless aerial.
A small amount of rain on our roof would stop the data logger receiving the signal 8O - with the repeater in the same room as the logger I haven’t had a problem
