Have you got the clientraw.txt files uploading?
If you have then you should see a yellow & grey box in you PC’s task bar that occasionally has a red up arrow on it.
If you’re not seeing this then you need to start it, there’s an FAQ about it HERE but due to server updates the images in the thread seem to be missing at the moment.
If you’ve been uploading the file manually then I assume that the main screen is setup, that being the case then all you need to do is go to: Control Panel > Web Files/Web Page/FTP/WDL > Real time client ftp /SVG / Weather Display Live Setup. Once on this screen, make sure that the switch on the top right of the page is ON and then click “Start Now” and you should see the yellow/grey box appear in you task bar.
