Help - can't download WD

To all: I am trying to rule out possible equipment, so is everyone using a router or is there someone without one? I am using a Linksys BEFSX41.

I use a U.S. Robotics Wireless Cable/DSL Router on my setup.

Brian,

Would it be possible to provide a direct link to the d/l’s? I’m thinking the load balancer may be the problem for those of us using satellite connections. It doesn’t appear from the message threads that anyone else is having problems getting the downloads to work for them.
