Have a look at your log file and make sure it contains all of the data during the time that PC was switched off.
If it does then go to: Action > Convert Log Files to Graphs.
Make sure that 32009lg.txt is selected in the text box to the right of the “Convert” button and press “Convert”.
The click on the “Re create last 31 days graph data”.
At the next graph refresh then you should see the data for that missing period.
If the data is not in the 32009lg.txt file then it hasn’t downloaded it for some reason when you started the PC and I don’t think there’s much you can do. Do the downloads from the WMR200 datalogger normally work OK?
time to time i have also this problem but the pc is on!,
my station is irox and i have check also to open weather capture(irox program) and after WD (to capture data from this prg) or direct but nothing resolve…
in my case seem problem of comunication consolle-pc…? or usb or programm? … big problem
i have check also energy propriety of usb but nothing!..os is vista
After restart WD, WD createt a file wmr200history.txt.
You find this file in C:\wdisplay\

ziemlich Zeitaufwendige Methode.
WD erstellt beim Auslesen des Datenloggers die Datei wmr200history.txt.
