Graphic problem or what else?

Hello,

now a new thing I was monitoring some times. Most of the times the error was neglectable but today it was a bigger thing.

I turned off my pc this morning and about 2.00 pm I turned it on.

The data was loaded corectly. I’ve seen no errors I think but the graph looks liek that.

Jose

Have a look at your log file and make sure it contains all of the data during the time that PC was switched off.
If it does then go to: Action > Convert Log Files to Graphs.
Make sure that 32009lg.txt is selected in the text box to the right of the “Convert” button and press “Convert”.
The click on the “Re create last 31 days graph data”.
At the next graph refresh then you should see the data for that missing period.

If the data is not in the 32009lg.txt file then it hasn’t downloaded it for some reason when you started the PC and I don’t think there’s much you can do. Do the downloads from the WMR200 datalogger normally work OK?

Thanks for help.

But damned, the log file doesn’t show me the dates so the Logger hasn’t sent them correctly.

time to time i have also this problem but the pc is on!,
my station is irox and i have check also to open weather capture(irox program) and after WD (to capture data from this prg) or direct but nothing resolve…

in my case seem problem of comunication consolle-pc…? or usb or programm? … big problem

i have check also energy propriety of usb but nothing!..os is vista

good luck in any case to you!, raf

Perhaps it is an USB Problem. I often had problems wit that controllers.

I think the weather station has this data because I searched for an high UV Index and it appears at a date which is not been shown in the log of WD.

Hi Jose,

After restart WD, WD createt a file wmr200history.txt.
You find this file in C:\wdisplay\

The rest from this post is in german, because my enlish is not so good.

Thanks Alex,

I restarted WD so it isn’t possibble.

Next time it appears I will have a look at it.

Have you got the datalogger switch turned ON in Control Panel > Datalogger?
Maybe that’s in RD’s post but his English is better than my German.

Doesn’t that work for the solar readings?
The full log contains all the data.

I tried this without succes.
