Graph Spikes

I have two spikes in graph display both are outside temp and dew point. They went down to 32.0F Temp and 26.8F dewpoint both times. Temp outside is 70.4F and dewpoint is 64.2. How can I repair those data points if at all? …WS 2310 Station
