I’m having a problem with ftp. My uploads work fine for a variable time period (1-approx 10 hours) then they stop. When I look at the ftp log I can see that things are uploading fine, then it seems to stall and the ftp program times out. Once that happens no more uploads occur (although the client raw files sometimes keeps updating but eventually stops).
I’ve tried changing all sorts of settings, stopping uploading webcam images, disabling and changing firewalls etc. but nothing seems to help. The stalling occurs on all sorts of files. E.g. .gif, .jpg and .htm files.
I’m using the latest version of WD and this problem also occurred with previous versions.
Any suggestions on a fix would be great.
What station do you have?
will not be related to the weather station type
but more related to some problem with your FTP/ISP provider
what is the errors showing in the Ftplogfull.txt file?
thanks for the replies.
the station type is oregon wmr200.
See the error log below. I’m getting a connection reset by peer error if that helps.
thanks

Finally after I reinstalled the ftpupd.exe everything is now working fine.
