FTP Errors starting to pop up

Help,
Any ideas what’s causing the following errors noted in the program error log and the ftp log (scroll down).
Seems to have started with the 10.18u version.

Getting the following error report in the “View” - “Program Error Log”

ERROR: Access violation at address 00CB0723 in module ‘WeatherD.exe’. Read of address 00000990 at time/date 10:05:05 PM 11/01/04

Also please note the connection errors that are starting to pop up:

someone else reports a similar error
do you use a custom web page, i.,e, custom tags?
if so, then email me the custom file, wxlocal.html
ftp errors:
Failed to connect: [10060] Connection timed out

that means the ftp server can not be connected to…could be firewall issues, internet issues, etc

re the first error, i will upload a new beta (debug) version that will capture where that error is, via the euraka error log (click on more details when it pops up), and that will pinpoint where the error is actualy occuring
that new beta 10.18y verison will be ready in the next hour or less
