AN UPDATED SUITE OF TEXT PRODUCTS WILL BE ISSUED SHORTLY.
Can this possibly mean that they are going to switch things around again?

I’m guessing that means yes.
Argggh…
What’s the URL on the NWS site that has the ‘updated shortly’ message? I’d like to try and get a bit ahead of the curve

I took a quick look but didn’t see anything…
Thanks Dan, I didn’t see the specific alert there either.
Ken
It was in the Forecast Discussion from NWS Shreveport but it’s gone now. But I found it again.

Thanks Linda… in context
000I think they mean they are going to issue text updates based on revised forecasts, not change the method (or basic format) of the text products … just the contents updated to reflect the change in the forecasts.

Ken is correct. National format changes would not originate from the local office. The updated suite most likely refers to an updated zone forecast.
