Forgotten password

I use Personal Weather Station Dashboard (PWS_Dashboard) Long-Term-Support version December 2020 (2012_lts). I have mislaid my password. How do I find it or do a reset?

Hi Kieth,

Use your FTP-program and check the script . . . /pwsWD/_my_settings/settings.php
There you find all settings including the password which is on line 2

$password = ‘the_one_you_mislaid’;

Enter that password in PWS_easyweathersetup.
“Never” modify the settings.php directly wih an editor, always use easyweathersetup.

That file is only accessible using FTP for security reasons.
