I am stuck at downloading the new PWC interface to the hosting company,
(Ionis), from there it’s probably easy to upload the new software to Meteobridge.
I am happy to pay someone to get this up and running again.

Your Leuven website misses a few years of updates, so I agree it seems easier to install another template or dashboard.
Templates:
Did you consider using another template ?
F.i. MeteoTemplate, there seems to be enough support and they have also a support forum.
It is compatible with Meteobridge.
The Saratoga template also has a Meteobridge version and it has tons of users and all support needed on the wxforum
If you want some help my first advice: Ask a local high-school if there are IT-students who can do that. They will “learn and earn”
Dashboard:
You mention PWC interface, I assume you are referring to PWS_Dashboard?
When installed the website is much smaller when compared to a “template”.
It is more geared to tablets although some users can extend the dashboard very much.
I can help you with this, use the forum mail message to sent me:
- Your FTP userid-password credentials for your hosting website 2424weather.
- Your Meteobridge remote login URL and Meteobridge password.
