Fixing Main Screen Data

While using Build143 and 101 my main screen solar display got messed up (it’s NOT A SOFTWARE PROGRAM PROBLEM) it’s an io (idiot error) on my part

Can someone give me the steps to fix this?

I don’t use the Windows version so I’m afraid I can’t answer your question.

I thought you might like to know that your issue is usually referred to as PEBKAC - Problem exists between keyboard and chair

now  that’s funny right there

that looks like the solar graph needs regenerating use log to graph and look for the 82022vantagelog.txt then do the 82022lg then the 31 day

Don’t know if this is still valid but came up in a search of the forum:

So Hey hcorrin
i needed to go to “Action”
“convert log file to data file”
find 082022vantagelog.txt
A) convert solar log to solar graph
B) select 82022lg convert?
C) Re create the last 31 days graph data?

yes that it but your image is showing A against indoor not solar

yes that’s what I meant

thanks, hcorrin

Hello Harold,
When I regenerate the ave/ext data, the program doesn’t create the wind data as on your page https://www.hc-iom.co.uk/WD-AJAX/wxgraphs.php
Do you know what I am doing wrong? http://www.docmarvweather.com/20190304.gif

Try restarting WD. I get a blank chart sometimes after making changes in WD and then a restart usually fixes it.

Hey Thanks, nice web-site btw

Thanks for the comment about my website, which I’ve been tinkering with and tweaking for years but the real credit goes to those who designed the templates and code, otherwise I wouldn’t have anything to build upon.
