File Upload Timing

I’m using WD v 10.37P I’m having problems getting the upload times set correctly. I have gone through the settings in Internet File Creation & Uploads and set it to create & upload every 15 minutes. Uploads offset by 1 min. This morning it was doing that. I could see the update at my site on the WDL every 15 minutes. By noon it has changed to about every 2-3 minutes. I can see this on the WDL page that shows the update times at about 2-3 minutes. I’m creating and uploading these files.

When I look at the PC running WD, on desktop, bottom right corner by clock I see two ftp programs running. 1. Real time Clientraw FTP, ver 5.8 and 2. Weather Display FTP/Internet ver 9.16. Is this correct?

Any suggests to getting the upload time to stay set at 15 minutes?

the clientraw files are created every few seconds and uploaded every few seconds (or the time you set in the real time ftp setup) by the clientrawrealtimeftp program

do not set to create and upload those via the customise internet and file creation setup if you are using the real time ftp setup
