File " Nonamedial" Image not complete! [RESOLVED]

Hi,
I went to use this file on my website but the image has about 20% missing from the bottom.
Is there anyway for me to fix this or is the problem within the program code?

what is the URL to the image on your web site?
does the image file look OK in the WD web files folder?

The file is locatedin WD “web files” folder and is faulty there. because of this I have not loaded it up to the Website as yet.

what does it look like under view, weather dials in WD itself?
if its large there
then try
setup, advanced/misc, main program
and click on reset weather dials

Thanks Brian, I tried all suggestions but no change, unfortunatly there is no provision to resize the image.

.zip and email me your settings files and I will fix the problem for you

Thanks Brian, before I waste a lot of your time could you narrow down just which “settings” files you want, e.g. every settings file on the computer, all settings files in WD ???

There is a FAQ for which files he needs and how to zip them up and send them.

Your intensions were intended to be helpful, but the FAQ files are extensive and difficult to navigate with no index or subject grouping, I have just spent a half hour trying to locate the entry to which you refer, without success, I now fear that Brian will have seen your post and will not bother to answer my questions.
