Hi Brian,
im using setup #1 and #2 for sending weatherreport e-mails and also I use the subjectline for weatherreports, which is sent with each e-mail weather report.
When sending the weather report e-mails from setup #1 , there appears the "customsubject.txt in the subjectline. (with setup #2 there is no problem)
here a sample:
Titel/Subject: %weathercond%#%temp%#%maxtemp%#%mintemp%#%hum%#%dew%#%todayraininmm%#%indoortemp%#
and here the right one:
Titel/Subject: Wetter-Meldung aus: Sulz i. Weinviertel / Nexing 17:54:39 12.08.2004
Also - are the times for each e-mail working now? Because then e-mail weatherreports could be sent with only one setup.
Cheers
Roman

i was using the wrong file
uploading a fix as 10.15w full now
will be ready in an hour or less
(and it contains a updated ftpupd.exe)
hi Brian,
now reportsubject.txt ist printed in teh e-mail subjectline instead of “Wetter-Meldung aus …”
There is also an error in the prog error log :
" RAW ET=o.o mm 0 0 0 0 44 255" - whats that?

so its workking OK
what you see there is just some debug info from the VP data extract
i will remove it
dont worry about it
the reportsubject.txt ist still printed in the subject line instead of “Wetter-Meldung aus …”
but only in the e-mail setup #1
Roman
more information please
what do you have set in the weather report setup
I have ticked “using also subjectline for weather report” (hope you know what I mean)
I entered the e-mail adresses for the weather report e-mail and the times.
(all the same as in setup #2 only with other times).
In setup 2 there is printed in the subjectline of the a-mails “Wetter-Meldung aus…” but not so in setup 1.
cheers

hi
if you could email me your settings so i can have a look
i.e wdisplayftp.reg, after going action, back up registry now
note that the : Also use the email subject line for the report only with this email address
applies to only setup #1 at this stage, and it only works with the emails in that list
are you wanting the weather conditions in the subject line for setup #2 then?
the e-mail subjectline is working well.
but the subjectline in the weather report is the problem
(and only in the e-mails sent with setup #1 )
ok. I will send you the file you mentioned at saturday.
(now I am mnot at my weather pc location)
Maybe you could find something wrong I set (but dont think so, because the previous versions worked well)
