On a new OS, Win 10 64bit. I can not get the Web Cam Capture to connect to my camera to get the image. The camera is on line and the ip address and login credentials are correct. What am I missing. It worked on Win7. Thanks!

Hi, check to see if the camera settings are turned on in Windows 10, go to settings - camera - App permissions & turn on camera.
