Receiving several error messages while attempting to download a new version.
EI: c:\wdisplay\ftpupd.exe
Weather Station: LaCross WS2010
Operating System: Windows XP

Exactly what are the Error messages?

When you say “downloading” you mean update? if so make sure that you have all programs associated with WD closed and then run the .exe, it looks like you choose to run the .exe instead of saving from the WD site.

make sure you install/unzip to the same location and make sure you have exited wd first

Actually, my problem was that I was not closing WD before installing the new version.
I have installed new versions many times before but I must have had a brain cramp. :oops: Thanks for all your help. George
