Morning folks

I have recently sold my WeatherLink Cable as I no longer run Davis kit. The new owner has quite reasonably asked for it to be released from the Davis Weatherlink online site.

I have logged into the site (I had forgotten I even registered it!) and can find no way of releasing the device. I have sent a email to Davis support however it appears they must be still shut down as there is no reply.

Does anyone have any clues how to go about releasing the device or is it a case of waiting until lock down is ended?

The MAC and additional code is locked against my account in the Davis site. I guess it is a security feature. There appears to be no way of releasing the device from the account. Unfortunately no reply from Davis Support to either me or the new owner…
