Have you seen my webpage. I am using the carterlake templates from Saratoga WX. It uses ajax which refreshes the page to whatever you set it at every 3,4,5 seconds etc. The template is free to use and fairly easy to setup. I am not familiar with setting it up on my own webserver. There is well over 100 people that use these templates. Here is the link for the php version.
