data not uploading to Wunderground but a test send works

New install of WD on a new windows 10 PC. I have an AcuRite 1036 station. Sending to WU using the PC Connect software works fine. But using WD no data is normally updated. Pressing the test send button does work as I can refresh my WU page and see new data. Ideas on what the problem may be?

Yes: FTP/Internet Setup > Connections tab> Main Internet Switch = On

I appear to have fixed the problem. I restarted WD and noticed that WD seems to start it’s own version of the VIS data reader software. I had left the AcuRite software and VIS running previously so stopped them as well. I suspect the WD restart was the actual fix but there might have been a conflict with the AcuRite stuff as well.
