Dallas1wirereader.exe and wdisplay.ini access AND clientrawrealtimeftp failing

I’m having problems keeping the clientrawrealtimeftp running for more than a few hours. I can restart it manually and it runs ok. For a few hours.

I notice that there’s a message in the dallas1wirereader.exe program that it (or WD) cannot access c:\wdisplay\wdisplay.ini

Could the two be related?

My system → Win7 64bit and WD 10.37Q Build 28.

Followup:

Disabled AVG Anti Virus Free Edition. Everything works fine. Except SFTP but that’s another issue obviously.
