Since 2/25/06, the dailynoaareport.htm is not being created or uploaded, though, when I go to look at it from within Weather Display itself, it shows the missing lines of 2/26 and 2/27. Could this be some kind of resource or memory issue? I have seen this type of issue in the past at various times, always at the end period of a month.
Is there a way of forcing the creation of the dailynoaareport.htm so I can manually upload it?

if you go to view, averages/extremes then noaa style reports then change to the month needed then use copy/paste into the file in the web files folder then upload that then you can force it to be updated
if you have a slow old pc then as the logfiles getting bigger towards the end of the month then yes you might have a resource problem
the solution for me is to change to using the fixed array size and faster datafiles for all the averages/extremes reports, the problem is its not so easy to correct/fix them (you have to first fix the logfile, then go action, convert logfiles to graphs)
although i could add a direct datafile editor
maybe with the issues people are having towards the end of the months on older slower pc’s i need to change to use the datafiles (will be faster)
(will still have to use logfile for snow depth though)
