Daily rain total not resetting at 12 Midnight

Weather Display stopped updating data on Friday evening but was still FTPing stale data to my weather site. I restarted WD on Saturday morning and everything seemed fine. However, I’m noticing that the daily (and yesterday) rain total isn’t resetting each night at 12 Midnight.

“Yesterday” seems stuck on Saturday’s total and “Today” is Sunday’s total plus Monday’s new rain.

The main graph within the WD page shows that the rain data didn’t drop to 0 at 12 Midnight this morning and the small rain we had this morning was just added on the daily total.

Also, this may be correct, but when I go to View > Temp/Wind/Rain Chart under in the Graphs section I’m seeing the totals through Sunday, May 18. I was expecting to see Monday, the 19th as well.

I’ve verified that the rain reset is set to 0 and I’ve restarted the software. I’m running 10.37S152 that was released April 30 with a Davis VUE.

Any ideas on where to start to diagnose/fix this?

How is the Vue connected to the pc with WD on
When you restarted WD on Saturday did it download the missing data from Friday check the log file 52025lg.txt
As the reset appears not have worked Sunday to Monday suggest some thing may have got corrupted so you need a backup file prior to the stall with the wdisplayftp reg file and wdisplay ini file in then with WD shut down copy the ini file to the main wdisplay folder then look for the Davis download entry in it and adjust to less the 42 hours from the time you do this then double click the reg file to install those settings then restart WD that should then get any missing data plus do midnight data resets
Note because the logger is probably set at 1 minute archive 42 hour is the max amount of data stored so Friday’s is lost
You will then need to edit the log file to get rid of duplicate entries then recreate the graph file
