I use both customtextout files for import into my home automation software. This was setup to output a file every minute. According to the customtextout.txt this stopped working on March 21st at 11:33pm. I have tried to turn the master switch off and back on. Restart wd but to no avail I cannot get my outputs to start again. I am running 10.37Q Build 38. Thanks.

any errors under view, program event log?
do you have a customtext.txt file in the set webfiles folder (as per what shows in the webfiles/web page setup)
maybe try deleting the customtextout.txt file
in the webfiles folder
in case its locked

That did the trick. Not sure how my webfiles folder got moved to the main directory, but made the correction and everything is back to normal.
