Current Cost Envi-R Problems

I started off trying to get this unit to talk to WD without success. It added a 255 figure to the side of the graph but this never changed.
I then checked out the obvious to see that the usb-serial interface was working on my Vista PC. Current Cost offer a C2 Terminal and that was showing Data out of my Com Port 5. Using another program Enio from Enio.co.uk I am able to see my data on their website.
In Misc/Settings I have the CC enabled, selected Com 5 and when I click connect I don’t receive an error. I am using Channel 1 on the Envi-R but haven’t changed anything else except ticking the show on graph. I am using just one Clamp and the Device is using Appliance 1. The unit uses 57600 baud by default.
I have even removed the settings from the ini file and started setting it up again.
I am also careful to close Com 5 each time I try a different program.

Just to inform everybody that the problem has now been resolved.

The Envi-R can handle 9 IAM’s - (1->9). I had the unit set at appliance 1 whereas the it should have been the default 0. This has now been changed and input to WD and WDL is now working correctly.
