What is your programerrorlog showing that is in the main WD folder

Now when I open WD, no data will download from the logger. It doesn’t even try.
When I go to control panel then data logger, nothing opens up. I can’t open this module. I re-installed WD. Same result.
Might be worth contacting Brian by email. It’s possible that a Windows update has broken something.

That log suggests the date format has changed when you had a similar error in 2020 it was m/d/y now it’s d/m/y so something has changed, what caused the error in 2020 and what did you do to correct it as it may have happened again.
I take it you have tried old faithful ie reboot with full power off

I am also getting windows desktop manager crashing every couple weeks or so.
Does WD run on server 2022??
If my memory is correct then Windows Server 2022 is based on Windows 10 so I suspect WD would run on it.
