A)
I destroyed the repertory (datafiles) then I have famous (datafiles) inside with nothing.
B)
Then I published wdisplay.ini and I added the lines manually the lines that Weather Display to refuse to keep in memory during the basic adjustments.
Following lines: webdate=usa in webdate=metric and webrain=inches in webrain=mm
