Clinetraw[49] displays ---

I’ve noticed recently clientraw 49 is displaying — instead of the correct Weather Desc. Is there something I haven’t setup correctly?

really need more detailed info
like maybe do you have set to use a metar to update the conditions?

I get all my data from a Davis VP Pro - I don’t have Metar enabled. Is there a specific area that configures the conditions, I’ve looked an can’t see anything obvious.

This is what 48 and 49 currently show:

48 Current Condition Icon Icon 34 (Stopped Raining)
49 Weather Desc Label —

Yes - Solar conditions seem to work ok - it currently says Dry

i havnt changed the code around this in a long time
you dont mention what version/build of WD

Maybe I have a setting wrong somewhere as it used to work fine until recently - the last settings change I made was with your help regarding the autostart of FTP - I had the wrong tock boxes set. Maybe I have one of them wrong?

I’m currently using 10.37S-(b120)

OK, sorry about this Brian - based on my last reply I just checked the Webfiles Real-time clientraw upload page - and saw that somehow I have “Use the current weather from a Metar” ticked … I must have accidently clicked it when changing the FTP settings recently - I’ll all working again now!

the latest .zip update of WD has a new clientrawrealtimeftp version that fixes the lock up that was happening with SFTP
(an update ($) of the component and compiler fixed that)

I’ve just installed the updated .zip version - so far so good!!
