Clientraw suddenly stopped uploading

Hi!

WD has been ticking along nicely for a long time, until 3 days ago when clientraw suddenly stopped uploading.
I have tried to update to latest version, reviewed settings, and checked files: updated clientraw files is produced and available in web files folder, but is not updated on the web page. Other files are still uploaded.

It seems that Real time Clientraw FTP freezes after initial logon to FTP, and becomes unresponsive. I can’t even close the program, but have to restart the pc.

Edit: I just went to Task Manager to close RtFTP down, and it uses 80% of processor capacity…

Any suggestion to what has happened, and how to mitigate?

The solution was trivial, but not easy to find: two years ago i had a similar problem when I upgraded PHP version. The solution then was to use Other Real Time Clientraw Upload Settings instance in Webfiles/Web page setup.
This used a different FTP User Name for upload than the Main one, which worked happily until this tuesday morning. :thinking:

All solved now, by disabling the Other Upload :slightly_smiling_face:
