This error has cropped up before but only occasionally.

It seems to be off by 60 minutes (it should be about a negative minute and one half.

Yes, that happens for me too. Seems to be almost random, probably happens about 4 to 5 times a year.

I still see this occassionally, as previously discussed here http://discourse.weather-watch.com/t/3015.msg.
The frequency of this observation is usually around 30 to 40-days, but there doesn’t look to be a consistent pattern I can see.
