I have had the Webcam image being created and also the all day video being created.
however now I cannot launch the web programme into the toolbar by the clock as before.
any ideas?

do you mean via control panel, web cam setup?
thats a one time only start the program up
either restart WD to enable to be able to start it up again if it is not running
or simply start it up by double clicking on that program icon (wdwebcamcapture.exe where WD is installed)
