Can not make the testtags uploading

I have decide to use the Saratoga Template. I have follow the instructions how to setup, ect. But the testtags will not upload :frowning: It is over 4 days that 'm trying in any possible ways to make work but i felt :frowning: It is difficult to understand because i not an english person. :frowning: I have try to translate but mostly the translation is shitty.

If someone in french can hele me would be greatfull.

best thing is to .zip and email me your settings files
(there is a FAQ on how to do that)

in WD go action, back up registry now
then email me the file

Hmmmmmm i check in the WD/webfiles/ testtags.php and it’s working but still not uploading on the website…

what shows in the ftplogfull.txt file?
also re save your settings files and re send that updated .zip back up file
