HI,
Just wondering if anyone has incorporated the Blitzortung lightning network into the WDL sites. I see there are lightning programs like Nexus, that have been incorporated, what about Blitzortung?

Hi
what would be needed is a a way to get the raw data (strike distance and direction from your location) from the blitzortung server
as there is no local on your pc info that can be used…all the info is centralised at the blitzortung servers
yes?
I have my in incorporate
www.weather-above.com/mybo/index.php
Some one did get the strike data in a script some time ago,
The date came from the Blitzortung servers
To get the strike data from Blitzortung, you have to be a contributing station in the Blitzortung network – your userid/pass for the network is required to access the data. Unless you have a running Green , RED or BLUE version BO detector on the network, you won’t have access to the data.
I am now a proud contributor to the blitzortung network (green board)
works great
