it was suggested though at the time that it be uploaded by default
I cant win
I think Brian that by having an option it will indicate why it is being uploaded. Would have avoided my question earlier about what is was used for. Also it is getting quite large now with, for me, nearly 6 years of data for some people with restricted bandwidth or low speeds (yes they do still exist) not having it uploaded if they dont need it is a good idea.

I found the original thread though about it easily on the forum using advanced search
so you are saying that you were using it but now do not want to use use it/have it uploaded?
I am still using it so I wont turn it off. I’m not sure that one should have to go online to the forum to find out why a file is being created/uploaded, in an ideal world the program display should tell you.
However I guess what I am saying is that ideally just about everything in terms of uploads should be selectable, obviously not to the extent of each and every file, if someone uses weekrep then they need all the graphics files as well. Maybe this is something to put ‘on the back burner’ so to speak, for a future update.

I agree with Stuart on this one, AFAIK iicp is only a UK project, and (as I pointed out the iicp guy at the time) it’s a relatively large file for anyone with a mature system.
you can now turn it off
latest .zip update
in the upload times in the ftp/internet setup

Hey! That worked! Thanks for the support!
I didn’t even know I was uploading this one, shows how much attention I pay to it. #-o
As I don’t use i-ICCP and the file, in my case, goes back to March 2007 then it’ll be something less to upload and saves space on the server, so thanks for the update Brian.
