I startup/shutdown WD daily and so do I the FTP uploader for the WDlive transfer for my website.
Is it possible to have a tick-box indicating I want to start the FTP transfer together with the start up of WD.
the clientrawrealtimeftp.exe does start auto (after the first minute that WD has been running)
as long as the switch is on the real time ftp setup in the webfiles/wep setup
OK, but sorry, I have no idea where to put which switch on. It is not clear to me and apparently it is not obvious.
Control panel>web files/web page realtime ftp wdl>realtime client/ftp/ajax/weather display live setup…there is an on off switch there.
Steve.
It is on, it has always been on and it does not start automatically.
I will upload a screenshot later, in a hurry now.
version: 10.37Q build 28; Windows 7; Evrything else works fine.
also make sure the main internet switch is on in the connections setup in the ftp/internet setup
But what is the consequence if I start the internet connection? I always had the impression all files would start uploading. Because I do not wish to have any other files uploaded than the WDL files. I regard this as pretty confusing. Sorry.
Hi
you need the main internet switch on regardless
but then do not set any times for any files to upload (e.g in the upload times, or in the customise internet and file creation setup)
OK, its working. I get it. Thanks.
