when my adsl connection is broken, more data it’s no sended to wundergound.
In WD there is a manually “load past data” function…it’s possible add a function that send automatically past data when a upload fails ?

no, sorry, there is no function in WD for that
although missed data since WD was running does get uploaded
you can put it in a future update?
not an easy thing to do, to know when a internet connection is not working
but I guess it could be done
