I have a modified Saratoga template running at UpstateWeather.com
I’d like to convert it into a good responsive theme, running many of the same scripts. For ease of maintenance I’d prefer Wordpress but not required. Has anyone been able to convert those scripts into a good responsive site theme? Any tips or tricks? Thanks!
