Hello All,
I been a keen usere of WD for some years and it keeps getting better.
Saying that I have one gripe. I have never been able to produce a video from any of the animations.
Yet an animated gif file is made.
I have use both Vista and now Windows7 with out luck.
I have looked through the forum with out finding any solution.
Is there one, can any one help please.

Have you been through the setup FAQ that I wrote?
Make sure that you follow the order of actions as I found that did make a difference.

I have looked at the FAQ and all is correct.
If you look at the bottom of the Downloaded images, you can test the the movie maker. Movie maker fires up but no movie is made.
And you can not play your last movie.

If it’s something like the animated satellite image that you’re trying to create then you don’t need anything ticked or added to the area below the “Upload the selected animated gif…” tick box.
I’ve not used the videodownload.wmv settings which the “Test Now” button is for.
Are the images being downloaded OK into the download file in WD?
They should be named something like sat.jpg, sat1.jpg, sat2.jpg…
It may also be helpful if you could post a screen shot of your setup page.
