I replaced my old Oregon Scientific weather station with an Ambient Weather station (WS-2902A). Because WD does not interface directly and I am sending data from the new station to Ambient weather’s web site and then using the “Ambientweather.net” as my station type in WD.

This is working fine for all data except barometer. My barometer has been displaying 29.205 since I shutdown the old station. I have confirmed that I can see barometer data in the feed from ambientweather.net (via the “ambientdata.txt” file in the WD folder).

Have I missed some checkbox somewhere to get WD to see the data from ambientwerater.net?

I was able to finally find the problem. First I discovered that the barometer had been stuck at 29.205 for a lot longer then I expected. It had nothing to do with replacing the weather station.

From some other post here I looked at my barometer offset and it had some really high values. So I reset the offset to 0 and now it is working fine.

out of interest what weather type did you have?

I retired a very tired and old WMR968 that most of the sensors had failed with a Ambient Weather WS-2902A.
